Intended audience

EM Ultrasound is a concise educational reference for physicians and other clinicians trained in point-of-care ultrasound. It focuses on bedside examinations that answer specific clinical questions and support timely clinical assessment.

It is not intended as a comprehensive training resource for diagnostic medical sonographers or as a replacement for formal diagnostic ultrasound when indicated.

Educational use

It supports ultrasound learning and review; it does not provide patient-specific medical advice, establish a diagnosis, or replace supervised training, credentialing, clinical judgment, or institutional protocols.

Images and videos illustrate selected findings and may not demonstrate a complete examination. Ultrasound findings depend on the operator, equipment, examination quality, and clinical circumstances. A normal, limited, or inconclusive examination may not exclude serious disease.

Verify information against current guidance and interpret findings within the full clinical assessment. Obtain additional imaging, specialist consultation, or emergency care when indicated. Do not delay necessary evaluation or treatment because of information in this app.

Patients and other non-clinician users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
