The story continues

Built by a practicing
emergency physician.

Peter Canning, MD, is a practicing emergency physician. EM Ultrasound began in 2008 as a small educational booklet during his emergency medicine residency. It grew into an iPhone app, bringing a local resource to clinicians around the world.

Today, the goal remains the same: making a practical, concise ultrasound reference tool accessible to clinicians everywhere.
